CYC Board Divine Mercy Keepsake Rosary

These single decade keepsake rosaries have been prayerfully made for all CYC Board members.

Divine Mercy is the theme of this rosary as the Church is about to embark on the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy.  The red, blue and clear colors represent the blood and water which poured forth from the Heart of Jesus. "O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus, as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in You. (Diary, entry 84; cf. 309).

The Our Father bead is an oxidized Divine Mercy medal with the Divine Mercy image on the front and "Jesus I Trust in You" on the back. Around each Our Father are 10 beads representing the 10 Commandments.

The Hail Mary beads are red miracle beads representing the blood of Christ. When placed in the light, the miracle bead looks to have a bead within a bead. This is a representation of Jesus in the Eucharist, the greatest of all miracles!

The spacer beads are clear glass with a light blue lining representing the water which poured from the Heart of Christ.

Hanging with the detailed crucifix is a hand stamped tag with the inscription "CYC 2015 2016". Stamped on the back of the tag is a Trinity swirl to represent The Most Holy Trinity.

At the top of the rosary is a Miraculous Medal that hangs near the stainless steel lobster clasp. This clasp enables the rosary to be hung from a keychain, purse, backpack, etc. It can also be made into a circle that can be perfectly slid onto the blinker in a car. Everyone should have a rosary in their car!

The connections have a wire protector with stainless steel split rings to make these as "heavy duty" as possible.

May God Bless all who received these rosaries this weekend in Helena!
